Description

Sheetal Sanghvi has completed her LLM in International Commercial and European Law from the University of Sheffield (UK). She has completed her degree in Law from Symbiosis Law College, Pune University, India. She has a Bachelor in Socio Legal Studies (BSL) and a Bachelor in Law (LLB). Besides that she has also done a Diploma in Labour Law (D.L.L. & L.W.) from Pune University and done a course in Intellectual Property from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Sheetal has also written Articles on Trips, Patentability in Pharmaceuticals and its impact on India, published in Eurolawyer, a legal magazine published in Europe, Article on Reverse Mortgage and other Articles in News Papers.
