“A home in the realm of chaos” is Krishti Khandelwal’s second self-authored poetry book, published 2 years later at the age of 14 after her debut book ” the symphony of my words ” which she published at the age of 12.

Much like her first book, “A home in the realm of chaos” is a collection of the poems Krishti wrote between the ages of 12 to 14 that have also been published nationally and internationally. Between these ages, Krishti grew a lot and explored various styles, emotions, literary devices, concepts and thoughts during these ages and evolved and matured a lot as time went by, thus making the styles of her poetry vary a lot throughout the book.

Krishti’s artistic evolution is evident, as she fearlessly experiments with diverse styles, giving each poem a unique flavor. Krishti began writing poetry ever since the lockdown. Her poetry has resonated deeply with many intellectuals, leaving them marveling at the wisdom and maturity her poetry has intertwined between its lines. She played and danced with her words and thoughts throughout the pages, inscribing her poems onto those sheets and molding and sculpting them for as long as she could until she deemed them perfect.

She poured out her soul onto every poem in this book, diving deep into parts of her soul she never explored before. Her poetry explores not just the beauty of nature, but also delves into themes of existentialism and absurdity, exploring many philosophical questions she stumbled upon during the two years of her hiatus, and she explores the beauty and glory that hides in everyday life as well as the case of the human condition, and the experience of being a human, exploring emotions and thoughts people have been taught to deny.

Krishti’s poetry has resonated with countless souls deeply ever since she began crafting them. Krishti subtly propagates the message of hope and resilience vii throughout her poems since she believes that resilience is the truest form of strength, even in poetry exploring the extreme struggles of being and the ultimate meaninglessness of it all. Some of Krishti’s poems are short and simple with innocence and simplicity lining them gracefully, while some are tumultuous and intense, with her rawest emotions inscribed upon them, while others are complex, cryptic, yet enlightening, exploring the incredible beauty of the world.
